Sales Policy

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold animals.

We reserve the right to 1st pick off of any litter.

​

We generally wean piglets and goats at 8 weeks and calves at 4 months.  We ask that you be prepared to pick up your reserved animal at weaning, and we will communicate if there are any delays to that pickup date.

We do no vaccinate, but we can arrange vaccination with our local vet if requested. Health certificates are required for transport across state lines - the fee is $50 per animal (some states require bloodwork testing, which is extra and can be quoted).

We deworm all of our piglets prior to pick up and provide USGOS pedigrees on registered stock once payment is made in full.  It generally takes 2 weeks or less for your pedigree to be e-mailed. A paper copy can be sent by mail upon request.

We do not deworm our goat kids unless needed. As a general practice, we take fecals and treat our herd only as needed. We aim for a parasite resistant herd and are careful not to deworm unless necessary. Our registered goats come with ADGA registration papers.

All of our mini Jersey calves are dewormed prior to pickup or delivery. We will assist with registration, but it is the responsibility of the buyer. Our Jersey herd is double registered (IMCBR & ADJA).

We offer transport depending on location at $1 per mile. We are located near Alton, MO. Exact address is needed in order to quote.

We reserve the right to cancel any sale at any time during the process and refund a buyer.

​

We practice good animal husbandry and offer guidance and advice for all of our customers.
